Occasions and Designs, LLC does not sell or distribute your personal information in any way. Any and all information obtained is used for the sole purpose of processing your order. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law.


Prices include custom layout, invitation, envelope, tissues, and assembly if needed.


All of our designs are customizable, including: cardstock color, vellum overlay, ribbon, jewels, font style, wording, color scheme, horizontal or vertical layout, and photo (black / white or color). We will also work with you to design a custom layout specifically for your event. Please contact us with the details of your event for a custom layout.


The minimum number for each design ordered is 20.


White or Cream envelopes are included with all invitations, response card sets, thank you notes, and announcements.


A proof of your order will be sent to you by your choice of email or mail via USPS, and will be sent within 5 business days following receipt of your order. Please allow time for delivery if you choose mail via USPS. Upon receipt of your proof, please check over it very carefully. If there are any mistakes or missing information, we must be notified to make the corrections. Once we have received your proof approval, you are giving us permission to print your cards exactly as they are. Occasions and Designs, LLC is not responsible for any errors once we have received the approval and print the order according to the setup on the approved proof.


Your order will be shipped within 7 business days from the day we receive your proof approval.


All items are shipped via USPS. Shipping and Handling charges are based upon the total of your order: Rush orders are available for $10.00 extra and will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.


Due to the custom nature of our products, Occasions and Designs, LLC does not take returns on custom-produced or custom-printed items. If there is an error that differs from your approved proof, we will rush re-prints and ship at no charge. If an error is made that is out of Occasions and Designs, LLC’s control, we will work with you to promptly re-print at a discount off the regular price. You may be asked to send your order back to Occasions and Designs, LLC. We must be notified of any errors on your order within 14 days of receiving your order.


Occasions and Designs, LLC reserves the right to use custom designs for advertising purposes both in print and on our website. Names and photos will be changed to protect your privacy. We do not guarantee the timeliness or performance of any shipping service or the performance of any supplier of paper stock due to discontinuation or back-orders. Occasions and Designs, LLC reserves the right to label the reverse side of the card with their corporate copyright and company information. You agree that Occasions and Designs, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages arising pursuant to any aspect of your order or the content of the information contained therein.
